Use manual fire mode and not the lock on, you'll be doing a lot more damage.Įxperiment with your sidearm, I have seen very effective usage of the bow in combo with the Railgun but I'd probably recommend the Winchester for more variety. My recommendation is Rack em up but the faster reload is not to be overlooked for the Railgun. Rack em up can be great when you build up a nice streak and then switch to the Railgun for a large target, allowing you to do massive damage. General tips: Focus on the big targets and communicate to the team that you'll be taking those so they possibly avoid opening fire on them and raging them. For Railgun use only, the faster reload will be great. Why? Knockdowns are annoying imo and far less helpful than stuns. Level 25 Skill: While I'm personally still just short of LVL 25 and can't speak from experience on this one, I'd recommend Ranger from reading the descriptions. With the Railgun however you'll be using its scope and getting additional headshot damage is nice. More ammo has its uses but I'd only recommend that for an M14 build as that will burn through a lot more ammo and you'll be hipfiring a lot anyway. With that said, I just prefer the 30% more damage from Stability but that is for reasons that go beyond the Railgun and focus more on my performance with the Winchester, which I use as sidearm.

The stun power is obviously a great tool to have and gives you AND your teammates a great window of opportunity to take out the target in question. Level 10 Skill: Personally, I use Stability because I'm running a full damage setup but when the team is fairly competent I'd suggest Ballistic Shock and most people will probably recommend this one. The Railgun is also best used in holding scenarios rather than kiting ones so the additional movement speed from Marksman would pretty much go to waste. You will be stationary when moving the Railgun anyway and doing more damage is obviously a huge plus.
